Digital Banking Upgrade

We’re upgrading your online and mobile banking experience to make managing your money faster, simpler, and more secure.

New Digital Banking Experience Coming October 28

Our new and improved system will combine both Personal and Business Online Banking into one easy-to-access platform and will feature all of the essential tools you use today with friendlier navigation, increased security, a new mobile banking app, an enhanced payment and invoicing solution for business, and more! It’s a powerful suite of digital services built for the way you want to bank

In preparation for the upgrade, please review the important information below: 

System Downtime

MONDAY – OCTOBER 26 | 7 A.M.

Bill Pay and Business Bill Pay will be disabled & final bill payments will be made via the current system. 

MONDAY – OCTOBER 26 | 6 P.M.

Business Online and Business Mobile Banking will be disabled.

Mobile Deposit via Personal Online Banking will be disabled. 

Personal Online & Mobile Banking will go into Inquiry Only mode. No transactions will be permitted while in Inquiry Mode.

TUESDAY – OCTOBER 27 | 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.

Bank7 completes migration to the new system. 

Business Online and Mobile Banking will remain disabled. Personal Online and Mobile Banking will remain in Inquiry Mode.

WEDNESDAY – OCTOBER 28 | 9:00 A.M.

The new system will go live.

Important - Action Required

To ensure a smooth first-time login, it is important that we have your current phone number and email address on file. Please log in to your Personal Online or Business Online Banking account to review this information as soon as possible. 

In addition, you will be required to log in with your username and password for the first time to the new system. This applies to Personal Online, Business Online and Mobile Banking. Please be sure you know both prior to go live. 

Mobile Banking Users – If you currently use biometrics to log in, you will need to re-establish this feature within the new app. Your username and password are required for first-time login.

Personal Online Banking Updates

Account Information

Most of your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system including transaction history, Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments and internal transfers, alerts, as well as eStatement settings.

Non-Transferable Services 

The following settings will not transfer to the new system and will have to be reestablished:

    • Card Controls via “Cards” in Mobile Banking
    • External Transfers
    • Mobile Banking Push Alerts

Bill Pay Users 

Scheduled payments will transfer to the new system. Your payment history will not. Please be sure to save a copy of this prior to October 23, 2026. 

Payee addresses in Bill Pay need to be complete and accurate for payee information to transfer to the new system. Please review and make corrections by October 23, 2026.

We also recommend making note of your current payees and account numbers to ensure you can confirm all information transferred correctly once the new system is live. 

First-Time Login

Upon logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system to securely log in.

Business Online Banking Updates

Account Information

Most of your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system, including transaction history, Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments, recurring and scheduled internal transfers, ACH Templates, as well as your settings for eStatements, Merchant Deposits, Positive Pay, and Wire Templates.

Non-transferable Services

The following items will not transfer to the new system: 

    • Internal Transfer Templates
    • ACH History
    • Wire History

Please save any existing templates and history before October 23, 2026.

Download our Digital Banking Upgrade Business Pre-Launch Guide for instructions on how to download history and create templates for ACH files and Wire recipients. 

ACH Users

ACH history will not transfer to the new system. Please download and save a copy of your history before October 23, 2026.

If you have not done so already, please create templates for each unique ACH file before October 23, 2026. The “Copy” feature is not supported within the new system.

Wire Users

Wire history will not transfer to the new system. Please download and save a copy of your history before October 23, 2026.

Wire users will also need to create templates of frequently used recipients before October 23, 2026. Templates are required for recipients to migrate. 

Quicken / QuickBooks

This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available for download below. 

The conversion instructions reference two action dates. Please use the dates provided below: 

Action Date #1: October 26, 2026

A data file backup and a final transactions download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since the transaction history might not be available after the upgrade. 

Action Date #2: October 28, 2026

This is the action date for the remaining steps in the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken/QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Conversion Instructions:

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Users are discouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:

    • Quicken Windows / Mac Express Web Connect
    • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect

*Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.

First-Time Login

Upon logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system to securely log in.  

If you log in with a token, you will need to complete the Token Enablement process.

Introducing: AP/AR Central

We are excited to introduce a more convenient, all-in-one solution to manage your business payments. You can add vendors, pay bills, and set approval limits to gain better control over your cash flow. 

Need to send invoices? Upgrade your subscription and manage your business billing all from one place. Contact our Treasury team to learn more. 

This new service will be replacing our current Business Bill Pay system and will go live on October 28. No action is required on your part. All of your account information will transfer to the new payment solution including payees, payment history, scheduled and recurring payments, as well as eBills. 

AP/AR Central Video

NEW Combined Mobile Banking App

As part of the upgrade, we will also be launching a new Mobile Banking app that allows both personal and business account holders to access their accounts from one easy-to-use app. 

The new app will be available on October 28. Our current Personal and Business Mobile Banking app will no longer be available after this date. 

Current Mobiliti users who access Mobiliti on October 28 will be redirected to download the new app. Business Mobile Users will have to search for Bank7 in their devices App Store in order to download the app. Once the new system is live, our current app(s) can be deleted.

Important Notes

If you currently use biometrics to log in, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app. Your username and password are required for first-time login.

If you have push alerts set up currently, please be sure to make note of these. Push alerts will not transfer to the new system.
