   *Fees that may be assessed against any of the above accounts are as follows:

• $24.00 Insufficient funds per item
• $24.00 Overdraft fee per item
• $21.00 Stop payment per request
• $ 7.00 Return deposit per item

**Transactions are defined as Deposits or Checks/Debits.  Deposits with more than one listed item count as only one transaction.  Transactions conducted by Bill Pay, ATM, or Electronic/ACH do not count toward per month transaction totals.  Bank 7 has the right, with 30 days written notice, to convert your Business 7 Checking to a Corporate 7 Checking if transaction volume exceeds 200 per month.  Corporate 7 Checking fees, terms, and conditions will apply.
